Serving Second Chances is our monthly community outreach initiative designed to meet real needs in the community, create connections, and show women and girls that they are not alone.
Throughout the year, our organization, board, volunteers, and community partners come together through service, resources, support, education, awareness, and outreach.
Project Refresh
THE LAST WEEKDAY OF EVERY MONTH
Project Refresh is a recurring community outreach effort focused on showing up, meeting needs, connecting people with resources, and creating moments of encouragement and support in our community.
HERJOURNEY EVENTS
HerJourney is more than a six-week class. Throughout the journey, women may participate in educational sessions, workshops, mentorship activities, milestone celebrations, and transition experiences as they move through their individualized HerJourney.

HERWARRIORS EVENTS
HerWarriors is our 12-month mentorship and empowerment program for girls ages 11–17. Activities may include mentorship sessions, group experiences, life-skills development, workshops, outings, community activities, and future-readiness opportunities.

Our signature and seasonal events bring the community together for celebration, service, recognition, and impact.
HER LITTLE WISHES
Every HER has a story. Every little one has a wish.
Our Christmas initiative creates an opportunity for the community to help grant Christmas wishes for children of women and mothers who are rebuilding and moving forward.

LET'S CHANGE LIVES SCHOLARSHIP
Different Paths. Same Potential. Brighter Tomorrows.
Our Let's Change Lives Scholarship creates opportunities for alternative-school students who are ready to take their next step after graduation.
The scholarship supports eligible students pursuing:
College & Higher Education • Trade & Career Training • Entrepreneurship
Students may apply directly, and guidance counselors may nominate eligible students.
